BEATLES in CLASSICS
NYCP's highly successful 2016-17 season comes to an end with BEATLES in CLASSICS. A virtuoso trumpeter and composer Brandon Ridenour performs his own arrangement of Four Beatles Songs for Trumpet. Under the baton of Dongmin Kim, the program begins with Schubert’s Rondo for Violin and Strings soloed by a young Taiwanese talent Li-Mei Liang. NYCP also introduces two English composer’s masterpieces, Chaconne by Purcell and Sonata for Strings by Walton.
